These are the ingredients required for baking the salmon:

§  2 to 3 pounds of salmon fillet (preferably skin on)

§  3 tablespoons of cooking oil (olive oil)

§  2 teaspoons of brown sugar

§  4 garlic cloves (chopped)

§  ½ tablespoon of Italian seasoning

§  Half a  tablespoon of paprika powder

§  ½ tablespoon of salt

§  1 medium-sized lemon

Instructions for Baking Salmon

The recipe for baked salmon is super easy and the best in taste. Here are the directions you need to follow for baking salmon.

§  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

§  Grease the large-sized baking pan with cooking oil.

§  Arrange the baking sheet on the pan.

§  Now arrange the salmon fillets over the baking sheet.

§  Season it with salt and pepper.

§  Mix the olive oil and half a lemon with other dry ingredients.

§  Rub this mixture on the salmon fillets. Make sure to cover the whole fillets so no dry spot remains.

§  Now cut the half remaining lemon into thin slices and put one slice of lemon into each salmon fillet.

§  Bake the salmon for about 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
